This market will resolve based on the results of this election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the Swedish government, specifically the Swedish Election Authority (Valmyndigheten) (https://www.val.se/).Recent opinion polls ahead of Sweden’s September 13 parliamentary election show the Centre Party (C) holding a modest edge over the Christian Democrats (KD), with C typically registering 6.4–7.3% and KD between 4.2–7.5% across surveys from SCB, Novus, Indikator, and Demoskop. Official Statistics Sweden data from May recorded statistically significant gains for C while KD remained lower, and subsequent multi-month averages reflect C’s steadier rural and centrist support with less volatility near the 4% threshold. Traders interpret this polling trajectory and limited recent shifts within the Tidö bloc or opposition as the main factors behind the 65% implied probability for C finishing ahead on election night.
