AS leads trader consensus for the October 3, 2026 Saeima election at 53.9% implied probability, reflecting its consistent first-place standing in recent polls with roughly 18-19% support driven by its regionalist and green-conservative platform appealing to rural and centrist voters. LPV and SV trail at 19.5% and 19.1% respectively as right-wing populist options capitalizing on dissatisfaction with the incumbent coalition. PRO follows at 6.0% amid progressive gains, while NA, JV, and smaller parties register minimal odds consistent with single-digit polling. The election timeline, seat allocation rules requiring coalitions for a 51-seat majority, and recent survey trends showing AS ahead of challengers shape current positioning, with limited late-August developments altering the outlook.
