Recent polling for Sweden’s September 13 parliamentary election shows the Center Party (C) and Christian Democrats (KD) running neck-and-neck in the 6–7.5% range, with C holding a marginal edge in several mid-2026 surveys from Novus, Indikator, and Statistics Sweden while KD leads narrowly in the latest Demoskop sample. Both parties remain small players in a fragmented Riksdag contest dominated by larger blocs, where liberal and center-right voters’ preferences can shift the narrow margin between them. The approaching election date and ongoing coalition negotiations heighten sensitivity to any late movement in support for C’s rural-liberal platform versus KD’s conservative values stance. Trader consensus at 64.5% for C reflects this polling pattern and the limited room for decisive swings before voting.
