Recent short-range forecasts for Panama City, Panama, indicate a highest temperature near 30–31°C on September 15 amid the wet season, with scattered showers and cloud cover limiting solar heating and keeping maxima below historical peaks. Typical September conditions feature afternoon convection driven by the Intertropical Convergence Zone, high humidity near 80%, and light variable winds that moderate daytime highs around the 30°C climatological average. Model runs show modest spread due to uncertain timing and intensity of tropical moisture, supporting closely matched market-implied probabilities for 30–32°C outcomes. Updated guidance from regional meteorological services and next model cycles will refine resolution criteria based on official maximum readings.
