United Russia maintains a commanding position in the Omsk Oblast Legislative Assembly election due to its status as the dominant ruling party, strong incumbency advantages across single-member districts and proportional representation lists, and consistent federal-level backing ahead of the September 18–20 vote. The parallel voting system, with 22 seats allocated by party lists requiring a 5% threshold and 22 by first-past-the-post constituencies, has historically favored the party’s organizational reach and candidate selection processes in the region. Trader consensus at 97% reflects this structural dominance and the limited viability of registered alternatives such as CPRF or LDPR amid typical patterns of party registration and campaign dynamics. Outcomes could shift only under exceptional circumstances, including unexpected legal rulings on ballot access or coordinated opposition gains that exceed historical benchmarks.

This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by the named party. Independents will not count towards any party.
This market will resolve based on the results of this election, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on official results as reported by government sources of Omsk Oblast and Russia, including the Election Commission of Omsk Oblast and the Central Election Commission of Russia.
