Recent National Weather Service and NOAA model consensus points to an overnight low of 55–57°F for Seattle on September 12 under persistent overcast skies, light northerly winds, and marine air influence that limits radiational cooling. This aligns with current evening readings near 55–56°F and the seasonal average low of 53.7°F, while traders weigh the modest risk of a dip into the mid-50s if partial clearing develops or winds slacken further. Market-implied odds cluster tightly around these values because short-range guidance shows limited spread, with resolution depending on the official minimum at Sea-Tac Airport. Updated model runs and the next NWS forecast discussion will provide the final calibration before the overnight period.
