Trader consensus on a 30°C high for Busan on September 13 rests on consistent numerical weather prediction outputs showing afternoon maxima of 28–29°C under partly cloudy skies, light southerly flow near 5–8 mph, and dew points around 18–20°C that limit further warming. Regional analyses place the day within typical mid-September climatology for the southeast Korean Peninsula, where sea-breeze moderation and subsidence keep extremes close to the 29°C historical median. Model agreement across GFS and ECMWF runs, combined with observed morning temperatures climbing steadily toward 27–28°C by midday, underpins the near-certain market-implied probability. Only an unforecast increase in cloud cover or an abrupt wind shift could realistically cap the reading below 29°C or push it to 31°C.
