Forecast models from the National Weather Service and affiliated sources indicate a high near 83°F for Denver on September 12 under partly cloudy skies with a modest chance of afternoon thunderstorms and southeast winds. This aligns with the market's leading 82-83°F bin at 38% implied probability, as recent observations show temperatures climbing into the low-to-mid 80s after early September warmth moderated. The outcome sits modestly above the 1991-2020 average high of 80.3°F, supported by stable high-pressure influences and limited moisture return. Traders appear to weigh the narrow forecast spread and historical precedent against minor model variability in peak heating, with afternoon observations likely to confirm resolution thresholds.
