**Forecast model consensus from sources including the Finnish Meteorological Institute, ECMWF, and GFS points to a daily high near 16°C in Helsinki on September 13, aligning with the market's 66.5% implied probability for that outcome.** Mid-September climatology features average highs of about 15.9°C, moderated by Baltic Sea influences and typical autumnal cloud cover that limits daytime warming. Current conditions show light southwesterly flow and modest moisture, with models indicating limited intensification potential or significant deviations. Minor spreads across runs—some projecting 15°C or 17°C—account for the secondary probabilities at 19% and 10%, respectively, while extremes remain low-probability given the stable pattern. Traders weigh these ensemble outputs against historical September variability as resolution nears.
