Official National Weather Service forecasts for Seattle on September 6, 2026, project a daytime high near 73°F under mostly sunny skies with light northerly winds and minimal precipitation risk, aligning closely with the long-term September 6 average high of 72.8°F at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Recent model runs and point forecasts from NWS Seattle have remained stable, showing highs clustered between 70–73°F across multiple updates, with no significant shifts from upstream high-pressure patterns or marine influences that typically moderate Pacific Northwest temperatures. This consensus underpins the market’s concentration on the 72–73°F and 70–71°F bins, as traders weigh the narrow uncertainty range typical of short-term temperature resolution against historical variability on this date.
