PAM leads the trader consensus for most seats in Morocco’s September 23 legislative elections because of its recent high-profile candidate recruitment, including Fouzi Lekjaa, and a detailed campaign platform emphasizing one million jobs, purchasing power measures, and public-service upgrades. The party, part of the incumbent coalition alongside RNI and Istiqlal, has positioned itself as a credible alternative amid voter concerns over living costs and employment. RNI, which topped the 2021 results, trails in market pricing amid reported internal strains and coalition fatigue, while PJD continues its recovery effort after sharp 2021 losses. Lower odds for smaller parties reflect the proportional-representation system’s bias toward established lists and limited recent polling shifts. The vote remains two days away, leaving room for turnout or last-minute developments to influence final seat counts.
