**Forecast models from sources including PAGASA-influenced outlooks and international services point to a daytime high near 30–32°C for Manila on September 15, driven by typical late-monsoon conditions with scattered thunderstorms, high humidity near 80%, and light variable winds that limit extreme heating.** Cloud cover and rainfall expected through the afternoon moderate peak temperatures below seasonal extremes, while the urban heat island and dew points around 25°C support values in the low 30s. Historical September averages near 31°C provide baseline context, with current model consensus favoring 32–33°C as the most probable maximum before any evening cooling. Traders appear to weight these stable tropical patterns heavily, as fresh model runs and official briefings on steering patterns or convective activity could refine the exact threshold ahead of market resolution.
