Recent forecasts from multiple models, including regional runs from Brazilian meteorological services, point to afternoon highs of 28–30°C in São Paulo on September 4 under the influence of a high-pressure system promoting mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies and northwest winds. This setup favors strong daytime solar heating during early spring, pushing temperatures above the September climatological average of roughly 23°C. Model consensus and current observations of clear conditions ahead of an approaching cold front support the market's emphasis on 29°C, with limited downside risk from cloud cover or precipitation before evening. Updated short-range guidance expected overnight could refine peak timing and exact maximum values.
