Clay Jenkins, the Democratic incumbent Dallas County Judge since 2011, holds a commanding position in the November 3, 2026 general election matchup against Republican Mike Immler, reflecting Dallas County's consistent Democratic lean in countywide races and Jenkins' unopposed March primary advance. Traders price in his established record on local issues such as public health, homelessness initiatives, and workforce programs, alongside historical margins like his 2022 reelection. Immler's Republican primary win as a veteran and former executive has not shifted the implied probability notably. Scenarios that could still alter the outcome include late-campaign developments, such as major scandals, health events affecting a candidate, unexpected turnout shifts in key precincts, or significant last-minute endorsements that realign voter priorities before early voting begins October 19.
