Guillaume Cliche-Rivard of Québec solidaire holds the strongest position in the Saint-Henri–Sainte-Anne riding for the October 5, 2026, Quebec general election, reflecting his incumbency since the 2023 by-election that ended decades of Liberal control. The urban Montreal district favors left-leaning priorities such as housing and immigration, where Cliche-Rivard’s background as an immigration lawyer provides visibility. Projections from sources like 338Canada treat the contest as a toss-up between QS and the Liberal candidate Benoit Clermont, with CAQ’s Anthony Lavoie trailing. The August 27 writ drop and ongoing short campaign have kept focus on ground organization, provincial party standings, and turnout among progressive and anglophone voters, with nominations closing September 17. Trader pricing aligns with these structural and recent dynamics while acknowledging the narrow margins typical in this competitive riding.
