Recent model consensus from sources including the Servicio Meteorológico Nacional, Yr, and international guidance points to a post-frontal high-pressure regime over Buenos Aires on September 4, with southwest winds, clearing skies, and a cool air mass limiting daytime heating. This follows a warm September 2 peak near 21–22 °C and Thursday’s frontal passage that dropped readings into the mid-teens. Ensemble outputs cluster daily maxima between 16–18 °C, consistent with early-spring climatology yet tempered by the fresh polar air. Market-implied odds favoring 18 °C (45.5 %) and 19 °C (35 %) reflect trader weighting of slight model spread and potential for marginally stronger insolation under clearing conditions, while lower probabilities on 17 °C and below capture the dominant cool-air signal. Updated NWP runs tomorrow morning will refine the exact peak.
