Current forecasts from GFS-based models and European guidance show a stable high-pressure regime over northern France on September 2, 2026, with light westerly winds, partly cloudy skies, and minimal precipitation risk. This setup supports daytime heating to a maximum near 24–26 °C, slightly above the 1991–2020 climatological average high of 23.5 °C. Model runs through early September 1 converge on afternoon peaks around 25 °C at Paris-area stations, with limited spread in ensemble guidance. The market-implied probabilities—led by 25 °C at 49.5 %—reflect this consensus while assigning meaningful weight to 24 °C and 26 °C outcomes, consistent with typical forecast uncertainty ranges of ±1–2 °C at this lead time. No major synoptic shifts are expected before resolution.
