**Forecast models from the GFS and Russian Hydrometeorological Center indicate a daytime high near 21°C in Moscow on September 21, 2026, driven by southerly winds advecting milder air under mostly cloudy skies with minimal daytime precipitation.** Multiple sources project afternoon peaks of 69–70°F (20.6–21.1°C), with hourly data showing a maximum around 21.4°C before cooling in the evening. This aligns with the market-implied probabilities favoring 21°C (56.5%) over 20°C or 22°C. Above-normal warmth relative to the September climatological average of roughly 15–17°C reflects the current synoptic pattern, though model consensus leaves room for small adjustments from updated runs or local observations before resolution.
