**Trader consensus centers on a minimum temperature of 76–79°F for Miami on September 17, 2026, reflecting NWS and model guidance showing overnight lows in the upper 70s amid persistent tropical moisture and easterly flow.** Official forecasts from the National Weather Service Miami office project a Thursday low around 77–79°F, with Thursday night values in the upper 70s under showers and thunderstorms. Dew points near 76–78°F and high relative humidity limit radiative cooling overnight, while cloud cover and scattered convection further suppress temperature drops. This aligns with climatological norms for mid-September in South Florida, where typical daily minima hover near 76–78°F during the rainy season. Model consensus shows limited spread, with slight variations in timing and coverage of showers or steering winds creating the modest probability distribution across the 74–79°F bins. No significant cool-air advection or clear-sky radiative cooling events are indicated in the short-term guidance, keeping the risk of sub-74°F readings low. Updated model runs and NWS briefings through the evening of September 16 will provide the final inputs before resolution.

The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the lowest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=kmia
This market will resolve off of the Hourly Data provided using the "Show Hourly Data" button.
If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source.
In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to US Units w/ kts" button until the relevant table displays °F.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Fahrenheit (eg, 21°F). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
