Current National Weather Service and model guidance points to a low in the lower to mid-50s for Seattle on September 20 under mostly clear skies, light northerly winds, and dry conditions that favor nocturnal radiative cooling. With high pressure dominating and no significant frontal systems approaching, overnight temperatures are expected to bottom out near 51–53°F at official stations, though urban heat islands or slight variations in cloud timing could nudge readings into adjacent bins. Historical September climatology shows similar calm nights producing lows clustered around 50–54°F, and the closely matched 50–51°F and 52–53°F market shares reflect traders pricing in this narrow forecast spread plus residual model uncertainty ahead of final verification.
