Morocco’s September 23 legislative elections for the 395-seat House of Representatives remain closely contested among the main coalition partners from the current government. Trader pricing places PAM at 38.5% to finish first, followed by PI at 31.8% and RNI at 19.2%, with all other parties below 2%. This distribution reflects the fragmented party landscape, limited recent polling shifts, and ongoing preparations including 2025 cross-party talks on electoral rules and a May 2026 law strengthening party governance. The three largest groups—RNI, PAM, and PI—hold the bulk of current seats and benefit from established networks and alignment with key institutions, while smaller parties face structural barriers to rapid gains. Developments such as candidate lists, campaign momentum on economic and social issues, or any late coalition adjustments could still alter relative standings before voting.
