Recent forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models indicate mostly sunny conditions over Seoul and Incheon on September 4, 2026, with light northeasterly winds and minimal cloud cover supporting peak temperatures near 29–30 °C. This aligns with late-summer high-pressure dominance and typical September diurnal ranges for the region, where coastal moderation from the Yellow Sea limits extremes compared to inland areas. Trader consensus, reflected in the 44.5 % implied probability for 30 °C and 30.5 % for 29 °C, tracks these model outputs and historical analogs showing average early-September highs around 28–30 °C. No major forecast revisions or atmospheric shifts have altered the outlook in the past 48 hours.
