Flávio Bolsonaro leads trader expectations for first place in Acre’s first-round presidential vote at 96.5 percent because repeated state-level surveys through late August show him holding commanding margins over Lula and other contenders. Recent Quaest polling placed him at 42–44 percent against Lula’s 24–25 percent, consistent with earlier Real Time Big Data and AtlasIntel findings of 50-plus percent support. Acre’s voters have backed the Bolsonaro family’s Liberal Party platform in prior cycles, and Flávio’s nomination as the party standard-bearer has consolidated that base ahead of the October 4 election. National races remain tighter, yet the state’s distinct preferences and limited movement in recent polls underpin the market’s assessment. A late surge by fragmented opposition candidates or unexpected turnout shifts could narrow the gap, though current data indicate few realistic paths to overtake him in the first round.
