United Russia maintains a commanding lead in the Orenburg Oblast Legislative Assembly election due to its status as the ruling party with strong regional institutional support, including from Governor Yevgeny Solntsev, and alignment with federal authorities. The mixed electoral system, featuring party-list and single-mandate districts, favors established parties with broad candidate slates and organizational reach, as evidenced by recent polls showing the party well ahead among decided voters ahead of the September 18–20 vote. Other parties such as CPRF, LDPR, A Just Russia, New People, and smaller groups trail significantly in both historical results and current surveys. Scenarios that could alter the outcome remain limited but include unusually low turnout, coordinated opposition consolidation, or unforeseen administrative disruptions in the final days of the campaign.

This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by the named party. Independents will not count towards any party.
This market will resolve based on the results of this election, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on official results as reported by government sources of Orenburg Oblast and Russia, including the Election Commission of Orenburg Oblast and the Central Election Commission of Russia.
