The open seat, created after incumbent Seth Moulton entered the Senate primary, features a crowded field of over a dozen candidates. Recent developments, such as Koh securing ballot access first through signature collection and local support from figures like the Swampscott Select Board chair, have further consolidated his position ahead of the vote.
