**Current forecasts from sources including the Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD) models, ECMWF, and commercial providers converge on a daytime high of 23–24°C for Munich on September 6, 2026, under high-pressure influence following Saturday’s frontal passage.** Clear to mostly sunny skies, light northeasterly winds, and low humidity support efficient daytime heating without the strong insolation or subsidence that would push values notably higher. This places the outcome modestly above the 1991–2020 average high of 21.2°C for the date while remaining well below historical extremes near 29°C. Model consensus shows minimal spread, with limited afternoon cloud cover and no significant moisture return expected before evening. The market-implied distribution—peaking at 24°C (51%) with secondary weight on 23°C and 25°C—reflects this narrow, well-defined range, as traders incorporate the latest short-range guidance and recognize the low likelihood of large forecast shifts within the final 24 hours. Resolution will hinge on the official DWD maximum temperature reading at the Munich station.
