The Finnish Meteorological Institute's May 12 update projects a maximum of 12°C under partly cloudy conditions with southerly winds at 4-6 m/s (gusts to 10 m/s) and low precipitation risk (<20%), reflecting persistent cool advection following recent highs near 14°C on May 11. Differentiating factors include potential for greater diurnal solar heating if morning clouds dissipate, as hinted in some ensemble spreads, versus sea-breeze moderation capping warmth; historical May 14 averages hover around 14°C. Watch FMI's May 13 briefing for refined guidance ahead of resolution via official station data.
